Charlotte Tilbury

Charlotte Tilbury, a tech enabled cosmetics brand, having just raised c.1$00m from Sequoia and were looking for a strong digital tech CFO who could help scale the business internationally, with a strong focus on the US. We identified US candidate Alok Bushan who was no.2 at Yext during the time it had gone from c. $50m to well over $100m revenue and played an integral role in their 2016 IPO. Alok lead the successful exit to puig in June 2020.
